JNU MCA 2020:
The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) offers admission to Master in Computer Applications (MCA) through JNU MCA entrance exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the entrance examination on behalf of Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE).
The JNU MCA 2020 exam date is announced, which will be held on a day between May 11 and 14 for JNU MCA 2020. Registrations will begin on March 2 in online mode and JNU MCA application last date is March 31, 2020. After this, NTA will release the admit cards in online mode on April 21, 2020.

Eligibility Criteria JNU MCA:
• The age of the applicants must be above 17 years.
• Candidates must have completed their 3yrs of bachelor’s (10+2+3 pattern) level education from recognized institution/university.
• Applicants have to attain a minimum of 55% marks in the graduate degree.
• Candidates have to complete their graduate-level education with “Mathematics” as one of the mandatory subjects.
JNU MCA 2020 Exam Pattern:
The authorities have specified exam pattern of JNUEE for MCA which provides particulars for conduct of entrance examination. The JNU MCA entrance is conducted in online mode, more specifically termed as computer-based exam (CBT). There are multiple choice questions (MCQ) that candidates have to attempt and there is no negative marking as well.

JNU MCA 2020 Syllabus:
Candidates have to prepare for the JNU MCA entrance 2020 while keeping an eye over the syllabus so as to stay on the right track. The syllabus of JNU MCA entrance exam will consist of questions from reasoning, general aptitude, 10+2 and graduation level computer science and mathematics. Some important topics from each subject are as follows:
Mathematics: Vector Algebra, Differential and Integral Calculus, 2D-3-D Geometry, Trigonometry, Modern Algebra, Probability & Statistic, Numerical Analysis, Theory of Real Function, Real Analysis
Computer Science: Programming (C), Digital Systems Design & Architecture, Data Structure, Discrete Mathematics, Operating Systems
General Aptitude and reasoning: Number series, verbal classification, analogies, cause and effect, logical deduction, statement and arguments etc.

JNU MCA Application Form 2020:
As JNUEE for MCA is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), the JNU MCA exam form is released in online mode on NTA website itself. Candidates will be required to fill the form upload required documents and pay the requisite fee online. Steps to fill JNU MCA application form are as follows:

Note:
Please note that candidates name, parent's/guardian's name, and date of birth should exactly be the same as mentioned in 10th class or first Board/Pre-University examination certificate. Any deviation, whenever discovered, may lead to cancellation of his/her candidature.

Note:
I. Applicant must note that Certificate from any person/ authority, other than the Competent Authority empowered to issue such certificate, shall not be accepted in any case. If the applicant happens to belong to SC or ST, applicant’s caste/ tribe must be listed in the appropriate category Govt. of India schedule. The Caste Certificate should clearly state:
(a) Name caste/ tribe of the candidate,
(b) whether applicant belongs to SC or ST,
(c) District and the State or Union Territory of applicant’s usual place of residence and
(d) The appropriate Govt. of India schedule under which the candidate’s caste/ tribe is approved as SC or ST.
II. At the time of admission to an OBC applicant, the University will ensure that the caste of the candidate must be included in the Central List of OBC (the OBC status is to be determined on the basis of the Central List of OBCs notified by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment on the recommendations of the National Commission for Backward Classes available on the following website: http:/ncbc.nic.in/ backward classes/index.html.
• The certificate must mention non-creamy layer status of the applicant (Non-creamy layer status issued by an authority mentioned in DOPT Office Memorandum.
• The OBC applicants who belong to the ‘Non-Creamy Layer’ and whose caste appears in the Central List of the OBCs only, shall be eligible to be considered for admission under the OBC category.
• If the applicant does not have the latest OBC non-creamy layer certificate at the time of upload, the applicant may upload old OBC non-creamy layer certificate or latest acknowledgement slip of OBC non-creamy layer certificate application. However, at the time of admission, the applicant will have to invariably produce the latest OBC non-creamy layer certificate.
III. PwD “person with benchmark disability” means a person with not less than forty percent (40%) of a specified disability where specified disability has not been defined in measurable terms and includes a person with disability, as certified by the certifying authority.
IV. The persons belonging to EWSs who are not covered under the scheme of reservation for SCs, STS and OBCs shall get 10% reservation in Admission to various programmes of study.
JNU MCA Admit Card 2020:
Candidates who successfully fill the JNU MCA application form will be able to download the JNUEE admit card from April 21, 2020 onwards. Admit card will be available on the NTA website for JNUEE 2020. Candidates will need their application number and password/ date of birth for downloading the JNU MCA admit card 2020.

Note: The aspirants must carry the hardcopy of downloaded admit card at the exam center. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without a valid admit card.
Candidate also carry a valid ID proof.
JNU MCA 2020 Answer Key:
The NTA is expected to release the JNU MCA answer key in the third week of May 2020. The same will be published online on the official website of NTA JNUEE wherein, the candidate responses will be shared and a list of correct answers will also be released.
Candidates will be able to raise objections against specific responses mentioned in the answer key during a stipulated period. This will be followed by release of final JNU MCA answer key and the Result. It may be noted that the final answer key will not be challenged.
JNU MCA Result 2020:
NTA will declare the result of JNU MCA 2020 on May 31, 2020 in online mode. Candidates will be able to access their results online by entering application number and password/ date of birth. The JNU MCA individual’s result page will show marks obtained in the entrance exam and the status student.
JNU MCA 2020 Merit List:
A merit list will also be announced by NTA that contains the names of candidates along with their JNUEE roll numbers. The list will reflect marks obtained by aspirants in the JNU MCA entrance exam and the corresponding rank. Then those candidates whose names are mentioned in the JNU MCA 2020 merit list will get a chance to go for counselling process at the campus for JNU MCA admission 2020.
JNU MCA Counselling 2020:
The counselling process for JNU MCA admission 2020 will be conducted by the officials of Jawaharlal Nehru University itself according to JNUEE merit list released by NTA. The process will take place tentatively in July wherein candidates will be required to fill a form for confirm a seat. Then the eligible candidates who fulfill all requisites as stated will get JNU MCA admission 2020.
