Promotion:
Promotion prospects exist up to the rank of Master Warrant Officer (MWO). Opportunities to become a Commissioned Officer also exist for those airmen who qualify the prescribed examinations, later during their service career.
Higher Education:
Airmen will be permitted to pursue higher education qualification only after acquiring prescribed skill grade in their trade.
