National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to various undergraduate medical courses in India. It is the important and the most prominent medical entrance exam in India. NEET is the sole authority of entrance test for admission to any UG-medical course in India. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Super Speciality Courses) or NEET SS is also conducted by the NBE for admission to various DM/MCh courses. Scores of NEET SS are accepted by all private medical colleges/universities, deemed universities and the Armed forces medical services institutions in India. AIAPGET - All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test, is conducted by NTA every year. The AIAPGET is an entrance test for admissions to the postgraduate AYUSH courses in India. 6. FMGE:
The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination, generally known as FMGE, it is conducted by NBE. FMGE is a licensing examination conducted for those who want to practice medicine in India, but have completed their primary medical qualification from outside of India. Although FMGE is conducted twice in a year, it must note that, by this examination anyone will not get admissions in any institution but it is a practicing license exam.

7. DNB PDCET:
DNB PDCET - Diplomate of National Board Post Diploma Centralized Entrance Test, is a ranking examination conducted by NBE. As the name suggests, DNB PDCET is conducted for admission to DNB courses in India. However, the applicants must possess a postgraduate diploma to apply for the DNB PDCET exam.

8. NBE FET:
National Board of Examinations (NBE) conducts the Fellowship Entrance Test (FET). The main intention behind setting up a national body to conduct the entrance examination is to offer an equal standard to all the candidates. NBE FET is conducted for admission to Post Graduate Medical Degree/ Provisional Pass Certificate (MD/MS/DM/DNB/MCh) courses. It is a national level computer-based test.

PGIMER is famous for conducting one of the toughest examinations for post graduate medical courses admissions in India. This includes the programs DM / M.Ch, MHA, MPH, PGDPHM, MDS, MSC / MSc MLT /PhD / Fellowship / MSc Nursing, ICMR JRF, BSc Nursing and post basic, B.Sc Paramedical.
