I joined this institute on 10 February 2020 for preparation of MCA entrance exam. Qus: How to order a Pendrive?
Ans: Kindly go to the Tab “Video Course” in the Main Menu and select the category (for eg. Class XII >> Mathematics). After that select the specific product as per your requirements among the various available options (for eg. Pendrive for IIT Mains + Advance). The product will reflect in your shopping cart. On proceeding to check out you will have to fill in a form with some basic details like, name, billing address, etc. Now you will be redirected to a payment gateway where you have to make the payment. On successful completion of the transaction you will receive an email from the Impetus Gurukul team about the order being placed.

Qus: What is the difference between Pendrive course and Online course?
Ans: In pendrive course you will receive entire video lectures through pendrive. The content of this pendrive can be downloaded on a single computer / laptop. You can chose the validity of the course at the time of purchase, it can be one year or two year.

Qus: What do I do when I receive my Pendrive?
Ans: Along with the pendrive you receive detailed instructions on how to load the pendrive. Kindly read it carefully. It has a technical support no. where you are supposed to call to generate a dynamic password in order to download the entire content of the pendrive on your computer / laptop. Other than that you are supposed to login into your Impetus Gurukul Student Dashboard and update your profile page to avail various benefits.

Qus: How do I ask my subject related doubts / queries?
Ans: All the ImpetuGurukul students are given a ‘User ID’ & ‘Password’ through which they can access their customized dashboard on the Impetus Gurukul website. In the dashboard there is provision to ask a query with the Gurukul Team.

Qus: Can I join class room course after purchasing a Pendrive?
Ans: Yes you may. The price paid by you for the pendrive will be deducted from the total class room course and balance amount will be required to be paid. We will also assist you in locating hostel and other facilities.

Qus: In how many days I will receive the pendrive?
Ans: The pendrive is dispatched on the very next working day after you place the order on the website. The pendrive is dispatched through courier and should reach you in 5-6 working days.

Qus: How do I track the status when the pendrive is dispatched?
Ans: You may track the status of the courier through the Tracking ID that you can find out by login into you Impetus Gurukul Student Dashboard. You will receive the Login ID & Password of your account as soon as you place the order on the website.

In addition to the video tutorials you will get weekly test papers (Topic wise Test Papers or Mock Papers) that you will have to take as per the schedule given by us. After that you will get complete video solution of that question paper with in-depth analysis. This will help you in developing strong problem solving techniques and will also aid you in increasing your speed. In the analysis of the question paper you will be taught best approach to solve a problem in minimum time, which is the key to excel in any competitive exam.

You will be able to download the content of the pendrive on your machine (laptop / computer). But this pendrive may be accessed on single machine only. In case you require access for two machines you may buy it by paying additional charges, which is 50% extra of the price of the course.

It is highly recommended that you should install an anti-virus before using our pendrive. But in case if your pendrive gets corrupted because of virus in your computer, we provide you replacement facility. For that you have to return the original pendrive along with the original envelop to Impetus Gurukul. We would re-install your course and courier it back to you. In this case you will have to bear nominal re-installation charges.

The pendrive is compatible with all versions of Windows Operating System.

The videos in the pendrive are of high resolution (1280 x 720) to provide better clarity.
